2016 Solomon Hills Chardonnay

Hand harvested at night, and whole cluster pressed. It was then barrel fermented with native yeast and malolactic fermentation. Aging was sur lie for 16 months in French oak; 25% new. This wine was bottled unfiltered.

Exotic aromas of lemon verbena, oysters, iodine, and wet rock on the nose. The flavors of this vintage echo the nose along with a focused and very textural mid-palate.
