Estate The Captain Pinot Noir

Hand harvested at night, fermented with native yeast, and malolactic fermentations. Aged for 18 months in French oak; 38% new. This wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This wine is very nuanced with toasty cloves, pipe tobacco, and bright strawberries. The palate is fine but firm with understated elegance and has plenty to reveal if given enough time.
