2015 Estate Pinot Noir Old Vines

Hand harvested at night, and fermented with native yeast and malolactic fermentations. Then aged for 18 months in French
oak; 40% new. This wine was bottled unfiltered.

This wine is very Bien Nacido on the nose with mandarin, mahogany, and strawberries. The palate is fine but firm with understated elegance and has plenty to reveal if given enough time.
